Trading Day: How Much Time Should I Spend On Trading Per Day?

I know that many of you have come to cryptocurrency trading in order to create additional income, change your business and find freedom.

Therefore, I decided to share my opinion about trading, life and rest from personal experience.

16 Hours In Front Of The Monitor

When I just came into trading, the screen time behind my monitor reached 16 hours, I could sit behind the schedules for days and look for interesting coins. I was unstoppable then!

Looking back, I see that it was not as effective as it seemed at the time. And now I’t make that mistake again. However, due to insufficient rest, the concentration was lost, it was harder to control emotions and sometimes that led to losses.

Over the years, my schedule has changed a lot. Now I spend a total of one to three hours a day trading. And it’s enough for me to keep my focus on the market, to keep an eye on the coins from the list and to trade.

Now I often see messages that trading is something of a kind, when you can open in your spare time the phone, trade 20 minutes, earn a few hundred and go enjoy life further. Guys, it’s only in fairy tales.

Advice For Beginners

If you are a beginner, expect that at the beginning of the study you will take 1-2 hours a day. When you get to trading, 1-2 hours a day – it will also be a good pace to gradually gain experience and improve trading. If you have enough free time, you can spend 3-4 hours, but not more. It’s important. Do not spend on trading more than 4 hours a day, especially if you are in the market for so long. That’s exactly the mistake I’ve made myself.

Remember, rest is as important to a trader as risk management. Without it nothing works(!)
